FAQ
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
Requests beyond your rate limit receive a 429 error with a Retry-After header. Memory creation beyond your monthly quota is blocked until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase limits immediately.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to avoid disruption.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing offers a 20% discount on Pro and Team plans. Contact sales for Enterprise annual pricing.
